Instructions to access Faculty Self Service module Login to http://faculty.aucegypt.edu/  and select "Web For Faculty" In the "Faculty and advisor login" screen, enter your ID and Pin #, click on Login You can change your PIN number , PIN question and answer , or select a term, through the General Info Link Under the Faculty option You can view your schedule in the selected term, day, location, time, enrollment, waitlist ,and permit. You can select class list and choose one of the classes you are teaching then click submit to view the class list with all the contact information of the enrolled students. The page accepts only 20 students and on the top of the list you have a link to view the rest of the students. If you want to view the students who are listed on the waitlist of your course you can click on the "Waitlist" option. (Generally the waitlist option is not available for students during their web registration period). If you want to view the students with Permits and Authorizations who are enrolled in your class, you can select the "Permits and Authorizations" option. If you want to grade your class, you should click on "Grade Courses" option. Make sure that the grade you enter is corresponding and matching to the appropriate student. After entering all the grades revise the grades then click submit to post all the grades on the students’ records. when you find on your ‘grade course’ a student with a grade of ‘W’,”WP’ or ‘WF’ please do not enter the W grade again in the square Just skip it. Under Advisor option You can advise a student by selecting the Student name. If you click on Contact a student option, you will be able to send an e-mail to this student. Through the Degree Audit option, you can view the remaining requirement for your advisee or model for him/her another major.
