Proceed to the Department offering each course and obtain the signature of the academic advisor and the Department Chair on the “Course Planning” form
2. Observe the “Pre-requisite Requirements” and “Permission of Instructor” required for certain courses. Secure the Department’s Chair approval and the Instructor’s permission if the pre-requisite is waived or permission is granted on a: — Waiving a “Pre-requisite Requirement “ form or — “Consent of Instructor” form Both forms are available at your department of major.
3. Proceed to the Department Assistant with the signed form/s to place the permission on the system. You will not be able to process Web registration for that course if you do not complete this step.
4. Web for Students will be available for registering during the period from 26 November - 14 December 2006 from 7:00 am until 11:00 pm.
5. Students are allowed to register for ONLY one course. APayment Procedure: 26 November – 14 December 2006 Make sure to pay your tuition & fees on time as indicated below:
1.Tuition & fees for current students: Tuition per Cr. Hrs is calculated according to the level of the student’s current tuition. An additional required fee to be added to some courses to cover field trips. This will be announced before the advising period. 2. Procedure: A. Proceed to the Accounts Office room 155 in the main building to collect a payment slip. B. Proceed to the CIB’s AUC branch to pay your fees. 3. Registration will be cancelled for students who do not settle their payment by the deadline which is 14 December 2006.
