Grading Guidelines -
Check carefully the student name before you enter the grade. Grades of “W”, and “WF”, and “WP” are pre-entered on the grade sheet. You may not re-enter any of the above grades for your students; just skip the student’s name and grade and proceed with the following student. Any student who stopped attending classes and did not complete an official drop form for the course should receive a grade of “F” in the course. You may forward a comment on a separate memo indicating the student’s last date of attendance and/or an assessment of his/her performance. All students registered will be listed on the “Grade Courses” option on the Web site. If others are in your class and earned a grade, you may send a separate memo including their final grade. Incomplete grades reported on the “Grade courses” must be accompanied with an “Incomplete Grade” form & submitted to the Office of the University Registrar. You will receive a hard-copy “Grade Verification Roster” after the end of the grading cycle so that you can verify the accuracy of the grades entered. Once the deadline for entering grades has passed, Internet grading is no longer available. Grades to be used for Undergraduates -
